Sanna Poyhonen is Research and Analytics Manager of Nikon, responsible of European markets and Russia. She finalized her PhD in 2004 from Helsinki University of Technology about machine learning techniques in the industrial fault diagnostics. After that she has worked with business data and customer analytics within media, digital advertising, publishing, insurance & banking, and telecommunications. She’s specialized in the creation and deployment of multi-channel sales and customer engagement strategies, starting from the customer insights, launch of the performance dashboards of customer journeys, digital analytics & data science framework, to the customer data management and integrated marketing technology.
